Production process
Asset intake
Review raw media, usage goals, deadlines, brand notes, and required output sizes.
Primary edit
Apply retouching, grade, pacing, staging, cleanup, and layout decisions.
Review round
Collect targeted feedback and resolve changes with a clean approval path.
Final delivery
Export finished assets in the specs needed for every destination.
Intake, cut, notes, finals—without scope drift.
We log required outputs up front (sizes, codecs, naming) so the review round stays focused on creative decisions, not missing deliverables.
Why SLAs start at intake
Rework explodes when source files, reference grade, and legal-safe music are unclear. We confirm those inputs before timeline promises land on paper.

Prep checklist
Quick prep checklist
A few simple steps help us keep the set efficient so you spend less time in front of the camera and more time with results you are proud to publish.
- Export or share originals in the agreed format (ProRes, H.264, camera RAW, or PSD) with folder naming intact.
- Send a reference still or clip for grade direction, plus brand fonts and supers if we are laying titles.
- List every required deliverable: aspect ratios, max length, captions (burned or SRT), and loudness spec if applicable.
- Confirm music: licensed library links, stems you own, or note if you need a silent / VO-only pass.
- Name your stakeholders and who signs final — one consolidated feedback doc keeps rounds efficient.
